Thrilled that ‘Neck and Neck’ has won the The Méliès d’Argent Award for Best Short Film at the Imagine Film Festival in the Netherlands!
Imagine Film Festival took place in Amsterdam between the 12th-22nd April and is in its 32nd year, presenting the best in fantasy, science fiction, horror, anime, martial arts and cult.
‘Neck and Neck’ produced by MewLab and directed by Shaun Clark uses both 2D and Live Action to tell the story inspired by Shakespeare’s Othello, and is a dark surreal take on the relationship between the deceived Othello, the innocent Desdemona and the mendacious Iago. The short has been shown at over 36 festivals including 2017 Little Terrors, Toronto, Canada and 2017 London Short Film Festival.
